Dialogue
This dialogue is fictional and based on the article.
Chako: Hey Log, did you hear that the Giants drafted a 14-year-old player?
Log: Yeah, you’re talking about Rentaro Seki, right? It’s pretty rare to draft a middle schooler.
Chako: That’s amazing! They said he’s been recognized for his potential, but what kind of player is he?
Log: According to Scout Director Kurumatsu, he has outstanding talent. He seems to have high skills as a catcher.
Navi: Catchers play a very important role as the command center of the game, so it’s a reasonable choice to have high hopes for a young player.
Chako: I see! By the way, they also announced a development plan, right?
Log: Yeah, since it’s the first time they’re doing this, it seems they have a special plan in place.
Chako: That sounds interesting! I can’t wait to see how they develop him!
